Delete your account

In the app: Home → gear icon → Delete account. It happens right away and is permanent. Your account, profile, friend list, and picks are erased.

Block or report someone

FAQ

Who can see my picks?

Nobody sees that you picked them. The person you picked sees a total, like "4 people picked you as best advice." We never sell or reveal who voted. The one possible exception is a future "Match" feature: if two people pick each other, both may see it. That only happens when it's mutual.

Can people see who picked them?

No. They see how many people picked them and for which questions, not who. (The only exception is a mutual Match, explained above.) If you send someone an invite yourself, they'll know it's from you, but not which question you picked them for.

Why do you need my phone number?

To sign you in securely with a text code, to keep your account safe, and to connect you with friends who picked you before you joined. Other users can't see it, and we never text your friends.

What do you store about my friends?

Only the people you choose, never your whole contact list. For each one, we store their name and a scrambled, one-way version (hash) of their phone number, not the number itself. If they don't join within 90 days of the most recent pick, we delete the hash and keep only the name. More in our Privacy Policy.

I'm not on Piqsy. Can you remove my info?

Yes. Email us and we'll help.

I entered the wrong birthday.
