Terms of Use

The short version
- You must be 13 or older.
- Piqsy is for fun, kind picks about people you actually know. Don't use it to target, harass, or impersonate anyone.
- If you break these rules, we can remove your account.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Sortiary LLC, a New York limited liability company ([TODO: founder: mailing address]), which makes Piqsy under its tinygoodtimes brand ("tinygoodtimes", "we", "us"). By using Piqsy, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're under 18, please read them with a parent or guardian.
2. Who can use Piqsy
You must be at least 13 years old. Give us your real birthday. You're responsible for what happens on it.
3. Play nice
You agree not to:
- harass, bully, threaten, or embarrass anyone;
- pretend to be someone else, or sign up with a phone number that isn't yours;
- add people to your list in order to target, pressure, or upset them, or add people you don't actually know;
- use names or invite messages that are hateful, sexual, or meant to hurt someone;
- try to work out or reveal who picked whom when the app keeps it anonymous;
- spam invites, use bots or scripts, or create fake accounts;
- hack, reverse-engineer, overload, or get around Piqsy's safety or age features;
- break the law.
If someone is bothering you, block them and report it in the app [TODO: founder: exact path once built], or email us.
4. Picks and invites
Picks are answers to questions we write. They're opinions in a game, not facts about anyone. When you send an invite, you send it yourself from your phone, so make sure the person wants to hear from you.
5. Removing accounts
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, sometimes without warning. You can delete your account anytime in the app: Home → gear icon → Delete account.
6. Our app
Piqsy, including its name, design, and questions, belongs to tinygoodtimes. You can use the app for personal, non-commercial fun. We may change, pause, or stop any part of Piqsy at any time.
7. Disclaimers
Piqsy is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always work, be error-free, or that results reflect what anyone really thinks. To the extent the law allows, tinygoodtimes isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for how other users behave. 8. Apple

9. Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we'll let you know (for example, in the app). If you keep using Piqsy after that, you accept the new terms.
